Review of Mama ChelitaMy recent stay at Mama Chelita with my family proved to be quite enjoyable. Despite delays with our bus, the staff accommodated our late arrival seamlessly, making the check-in process a breeze. They even offered to store our luggage for free after check-out, allowing us to explore the area one last time before our evening bus. The hotel's proximity to the city center is noteworthy, just a few blocks from the Cruz del Sur terminal. A friendly staff member assisted us with directions upon our arrival, which was particularly helpful. While staff primarily communicated in Spanish, their warmth made up for any language barriers. We took advantage of the hotel's terrace, perfect for a relaxing family moment, and appreciated the calm neighborhood atmosphere. My children enjoyed the local tours arranged by the hotel, which were reasonably priced and culturally enriching. Mama Chelita manages to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that caters to families, making it a suitable choice for those looking to balance comfort and accessibility.
